  • Commercial Specialist / Office Assistant (m/f/d) for PAN AppliedChemistry GmbH in 50170 Kerpen
Under the umbrella of the PAN Group, with headquarters in Kerpen-Sindorf, we bring together PANCHEMIE e. K., PANCHEMIE Dr. Gabor Fülöp GmbH, and PAN Applied Chemistry GmbH (the latter as a joint venture with IEM Fördertechnik in Kastl).

For over 40 years, we have been developing, producing, and distributing chemical-technical products and processes. Our current portfolio includes, among others, products for various industries.


To strengthen our team in
50170 Kerpen (NRW), we are looking for a
Commercial Specialist / Office Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


What you can expect from us:

  • You will support your colleagues in
    sales by handling
    customer inquiries,
    price requests, and
    quotation creation.
  • You will independently process customer orders, from order entry to delivery.
  • You will be the contact person for our customers in the ordering and order processing process on a national and international level.
  • You will monitor delivery dates and organize shipments nationally and internationally.
  • You will perform general office tasks.
  • You will assist with basic bookkeeping.
