Description

Our Riggston SMA Contact Center is responsible for providing professional telephone or written support for product issues to our customers, partners, and installers. We are looking for several Technical Customer Advisors in customer service for PV systems.

Your contribution to the bigger picture

  • You advise our partners and installers on technical inquiries regarding photovoltaic systems for home users
  • You answer technical problems of our customers and develop individual solutions if necessary
  • You demonstrate your diligence in documenting and maintaining customer contacts and data
  • Together with your team, you identify weaknesses and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and products

Your skills are in demand

  • Completed training in computer science or electrical engineering
  • Or comparable solid knowledge of electrical engineering and basic knowledge in the field of IT and network technology
  • First practical experience in providing telephone support to customers with technical inquiries
  • Communication with international customers in English
  • Secure knowledge of the structure and components of a photovoltaic system
