Deputy Manager (m/f/d) for the Transportation Service in Hollidaysburg


Our transportation service fleet in Dresden transports children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities to schools and support facilities, as well as individual passengers, such as for medical appointments, on over 100 routes daily.


We are currently seeking a new team member for our Dresden team, which consists of approximately 220 drivers, to start as soon as possible in a part-time or full-time position.


Your responsibilities:

  • Establishing, ensuring, maintaining quality, and further developing the transportation service
  • Ensuring the personnel and material readiness of the transportation service
  • Procurement management, organization, and implementation of inventory management
  • Participation in the recruitment and selection of drivers and accompanying personnel
  • Training, education, and further development of employees, including conducting regular driver training/sessions on traffic safety
