We are currently seeking a *Customer Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on online/offline marketing*(especially with a background as a junior customer consultant, commercial clerk for dialogue marketing, or similar)


  • Full-time permanent position 40 hours per week starting immediately unlimited contract customer consulting

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • As a customer consultant (m/f/d), you possess excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, professional telephone voice
  • Ability to actively listen in order to quickly understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, as well as customer and service-oriented behavior
  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of customer consulting and customer support, e.g. as a customer consultant (m/f/d) in retail or as a commercial clerk for dialogue marketing
  • Enthusiasm for communicating with customers
  • Drive for personal and professional development, openness
  • Internet affinity and very good German language skills (spoken and written, native or at least level C1) are required
  • Independence as well as communication and teamwork skills
  • High motivation, teamwork, commitment and loyalty
  • Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as organizational skills
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
