As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of organizational and process consulting in Oral, SD, you will lay the foundation for your career by demonstrating your skills in challenging tasks while advising our clients on modernizing their company processes and structures.

You will focus on process consulting and optimization in areas such as finance, IT, or supply chain management, and help identify potential improvements through digitalization.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a working student (m/f/d) in organizational and process consulting, you will have completed at least three semesters of studies in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or natural sciences.
  • You have relevant professional experience through previous internships, for example in customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management, (IT) project management, or sales.
  • You are interested in digitalization projects for reorganization, cost or process optimization, with a focus on strategy, organization, processes, and IT requirements.
  • You have a B2 level proficiency in German and English, and knowledge of a programming language is advantageous.
