The Department of Internal Medicine I is currently seeking a Quality Management Officer and Head of Quality Assurance / Quality Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time position, initially on a fixed-term basis.

Your responsibilities:

Implementation, maintenance, planning, monitoring and correction of the management system
Coordination of the creation, monitoring and control of QM documents and records
Planning, initiation, coordination and implementation of quality management measures
Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
Identification and implementation of process improvements
Training and coaching of employees on quality management processes and procedures
Participation in quality management meetings and committees
Reporting on quality management activities and results to management.
