Your responsibilities: Conduct and organize repairs (electrical, painting, maintenance), maintenance of technical equipment, maintenance and care of solar parks and gas stations, inspections and repairs on site, lawn care and shrub trimming, snow removal service, emptying collection containers, maintenance of consumables


Your profile:
Education in a technical field, such as building technician, plumbing installer.

  • Experience in building management and maintenance.
  • Manual dexterity in various areas.

German language skills:
very good (native language).

  • Driver's license BE (possibly CE).
  • Flexibility, sense of responsibility, reliability.
  • Physical fitness, ability to work in a team.
  • Residence near Frauenfeld (max. 25 minutes).
