Thousands of bridges, hundreds of tunnels, and countless ancillary facilities need to be regularly inspected, maintained, and renewed. Controlling traffic and coordinating operational services are also among the varied and exciting tasks of our employees.

To support our team in the Construction and Maintenance Department, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an

Engineer (m/f/d) Landscaping in the Road Construction Project Team

for our Westphalia branch in the Netphen branch office.

Your tasks will include in particular:
  • Landscaping specialist contributions in all planning phases of difficult projects, including coordination with other authorities and associations up to obtaining planning approval
    - Preparation of landscaping accompanying plans for nature conservation compensation measures
    - Review of landscaping contributions such as environmental impact assessments, landscape planning reports, species protection specialist contributions, FFH compatibility assessments, and faunal reports for the expansion, reconstruction, and new construction of federal highways in the jurisdiction of the Westphalia branch
    - Preparation of environmental impact assessments and related documents for approval
