Your tasks

Are you interested in creating the right conditions for a healthy workforce in an international corporation? Do you have expertise in health, analytical thinking, and organizational skills?

We offer you the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into corporate health management at Continental through a 6-month internship starting in September 2024.

A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is possible.

Your tasks will include:
  • Supporting our projects and topics related to corporate health management
  • Participating in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of health management measures
  • Independent work on current topics
  • Assisting with marketing and digital health management (maintaining communication media, app, etc.)
  • Evaluating specific health management indicators and analyzing the results
  • Collaborating and exchanging ideas with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with corporate integration management (BEM)
  • Participating in the implementation of inclusion goals at the Regensburg location
