About us:
You will receive fair compensation and 28 days of vacation.
Your new workplace is secure and permanent.
You will work from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
You can always exchange ideas with colleagues from other locations on technical topics.
At the location, you will be part of a friendly and open team.
In the well-equipped workshop with an office, everything is in the right place.
You will support our residents with moving in and out and take on repair and maintenance work.
You will inspect, maintain, and service buildings and technical systems, such as emergency generators and elevators.
You will coordinate, accompany, and monitor orders to external service providers.

Every five weeks, you will be on call from Monday to Monday for all locations and support the care facilities in emergencies.

A company vehicle and extra compensation will be provided.

Requirements:
A vocational training in (technical) craftsmanship, ideally as an electrician or gas-water installer (m/f/d).
A basic understanding of technical processes.
Empathy and friendliness.
A class B driver's license.
Basic knowledge of working with a computer.
