We are currently looking for you as an application support specialist for subscription sales (m/f/d) for DB Vertrieb GmbH at our Frankfurt (Main) location.

Your tasks:

  • As an application support specialist for subscription sales, you are responsible for the smooth and productive operation of various subscription and e-ticket applications. This includes implementing the Germany Ticket in the sales systems, including consulting on the design of the Germany Ticket.
  • You support and optimize the technical infrastructure (database systems, server architecture, application configuration) in a team and contribute to the further development of the sales systems from requirement gathering to successful implementation.
  • You coordinate and support the interfaces of internal and external service providers responsible for issuing chip cards.
  • You continuously improve relevant processes and participate in test planning, design, and execution.
  • Finally, you perform release updates and patch installations and implement requirements from the CIO/CISO area.
