engineers in supply technology or energy and building technology at the EG 12 level to work as technical officers in the field of sanitary technology (department in the area of technical building equipment).

The department of sanitary technology consists of engineers, technicians, and masters.

The tasks of sanitary technology in the department of building management include maintenance and investment measures in the areas of drinking water, wastewater, rainwater, and gas systems within buildings.

In addition to planning and supervising the relevant systems within the buildings, the department is also responsible for technical systems in outdoor areas.

The objects to be managed include, among others, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports and leisure facilities, schools, kindergartens, museums, workshops, administrative buildings, and municipal fountains.
