Description
Join our team at Loyola, CA We are currently seeking a part-time office assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Berlin. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for 6 hours each day at the Volkssolidarität Berlin office.
Your responsibilities
- Managing electronic time tracking (TimO)
- Printing menus
- Matching delivery notes and assigning cost centers
- Creating statistics
- Assisting with invoicing
- General office tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with reliability
- Enjoy working with numbers and tables
