We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to join our team in Fontana, KS in a full-time and permanent position.

About Your Role

You act as the interface between users and our development team, conceptualizing and engaging users in our products: apps and platforms, and potentially accompanying materials such as websites and print advertising.
Together with project management, you identify the needs and framework of our clients and develop a product vision. This involves intensive communication with our clients and analyzing their requirements for websites and applications.
Together with our development team, you design intuitive solutions and products that users love. You maintain close communication with our clients, conduct surveys and interviews, and create product visions that you package into visual storyboards, detailed user journeys, and specific use cases.
You prepare screens and designs for implementation and are responsible for grooming design feedback from the team. You design user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use in Figma and provide them to our development team.
