We are looking for you to join our team as a Laboratory Scientist for Oral Care (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.


We are an expanding medium-sized family business with an international focus and a well-known manufacturer of branded products for hair, skin, and oral care.


Your main tasks:


  • Lab Scientist in the field of Research Oral Care
  • Development and establishment of methods for the investigation of active ingredients and dental care products
  • Design, execution, evaluation, and interpretation of in vitro studies
  • Creation and development of test specimens and their examination using highresolution microscopic methods
  • Scientific and technical support for in situ and clinical studies
  • Scientific support and collaboration with other departments

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Materials Science or similar (preferably with a PhD)
  • Scientific work and passion for developing and establishing new methods in the laboratory, as well as technical knowhow and dexterity for technical solutions in the laboratory
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and critically question results
  • Excellent laboratory skills and ability to work independently
  • Creativity in finding solutions for challenging tasks and excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels, as well as research partners both domestically and internationally
  • Professional experience (at least 2 years) in the industry or in cooperation with the industry desired
  • Experience in publishing scientific data desired
