The following position is available at the Lindau (Bodensee) district office, starting as soon as possible and limited to the duration of a parental leave replacement:

Social Work / Social Pedagogy for the Social Services Your tasks - diverse and responsible Independent completion of all social service tasks of the youth welfare office in accordance with the Eighth Social Code (SGB VIII) in a specific area/district of the Lindau (Bodensee) district Promoting the individual and social development of young people to prevent or reduce disadvantages Fulfilling the role of guardian in cases of child endangerment, including being on call for emergencies Counseling and support for parents and other legal guardians in matters of child-rearing and family conflicts Participation in proceedings before family courts ("Lindauer Weg") Your profile - qualified and motivated You have a degree in social work or social pedagogy (diploma or bachelor's).

You have a good understanding of the legal foundations of the SGB VIII You have knowledge of conversation techniques and strategies in youth welfare.

You are goal-oriented, have negotiation skills, persuasive abilities, tact, and resilience. Team spirit, helpfulness, and the ability to work independently and carefully are natural for you.
