Job in Winterthur:

Are you responsible for ensuring correct accounting in collaboration with the portfolio manager? Your tasks include, among others, accounts receivable and accounts payable, independent preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements, and annual financial statements for rental properties and condominium associations.

You also handle payroll, including social security contributions for caretakers, and other diverse and important tasks to meet the needs of our demanding clients.

With several years of experience in real estate accounting and additional training in the industry, you are well-versed in this field.
