We love interior design and we are looking for YOU in the field of project management as a Project Manager for interior construction (m/f/d) in a full-time, permanent position in Troy, TN.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be the main point of contact for our clients during the project realization.
  • You will have full control and responsibility for the execution of all general contractor services.
  • You will be in charge of the economic management of the overall project and set the course.
  • Monitoring the quality of subcontractors is an integral part of your daily tasks.
  • You will demonstrate your extensive expertise in building measurements and technical coordination.
  • Together with your team, you will develop tender documents and performance specifications for each trade.
  • Your main focus will be on completing, accepting, and settling projects without any defects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • As a communicative team player, you bring a high level of selfmotivation and are ready to face new challenges and exciting projects with your team.
  • You are open to others, can motivate and inspire them.
  • You have a passion for craftsmanship and have completed training and/or studies in the (construction) technical field.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in project management.
  • You have a strong understanding of business and sales.
  • You act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • You enjoy a varied workday between the office and construction site.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
