We are looking for a community management service for a private community in Wesley Chapel, FL. The community consists of 8 residential units and 14 garages. The services needed include payment management, meeting coordination, record keeping, legal support, and cost-saving analysis. There is only one building in the community, with a total of 5-10 units. In addition to the residential units, there are also garages in the community. The service is needed to start within the next month or later. Our preference for the service is a good balance of quality and price.
