Our team in customer service at our location in Erlangen is in need of reinforcement.

Your profile:

We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) in Erlangen who will enrich us in the areas of user support and customer consultation.

Customer service is important to you? After receiving customer inquiries, you stay on top of things until a solution is found? You are excited about the combination of software, customer contact, and variety in your daily work?

Then we would like to get to know you.

What tasks await you with us:

➤ Receiving customer phone calls

➤ Careful recording of customer inquiries

➤ Professional assistance, ideally with a direct solution approach

➤ Wide range of topics to work on (from "Where can I find which button" to more complex situations where contracts need to be recalculated)

You will be responsible for our software team3plus. Through explicit training, we will help you become familiar with the software. We will also provide you with industry-specific knowledge in the first few months.

Our requirements for this position:

➤ Very good knowledge of German
