Your responsibilities

The applicant is expected to independently and responsibly carry out tasks arising from the School Act, the Service Regulations, the school's internal distribution plan, and the general instructions for job postings on the Hessenportal.

In addition, the following tasks are particularly required, which may change over time:

Support of the school management in the field of renewable energies and the MINT program, in particular crossschool offers on topics such as:
Supervision and further development of existing renewable energy systems, partly in cooperation with the WHS support association and other cooperation partners
Technical documentation and maintenance of existing systems with special consideration of their operational safety
Development and testing of a smart grid at the school and its implementation in teaching
Integration of the electric charging station into the school's renewable energy suppliers
School support for seminar papers/bachelor theses, among others at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences
Further development of existing concepts and measures for promoting MINT subjects, also in cooperation with internal school teams, external individuals and institutions, as well as our partner schools or within the framework of Erasmus+ projects
Organization and supervision of crossschool student projects in the MINT field, also in the form of working groups in the afternoon
Participation in competitions, fairs and exhibitions
Checking and approving incoming invoices to be paid from the school's budget, as well as account management for the corresponding subaccount
