Position Summary: Join the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) to contribute to the prevention and response to youth delinquency and victimization. As part of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining OJJDP's functions and programs.

Duties:
  • Expert analysis to enhance program effectiveness and management processes
  • Development of policies, procedures, and overseeing records management
  • Financial expertise on budgeting, reporting, and advising senior leadership

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Pre-employment drug testing
  • Probationary period may be required
  • Confidential Financial Disclosure may be required

Security Requirements: Non-Sensitive/Moderate Risk

Qualifications:

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have relevant experience in program analysis, budgeting, and problem-solving. Different levels require increasing levels of experience and expertise.

Educational Requirements: Graduate-level education or a Ph.D. can be considered as a substitution for experience. A combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
