To strengthen our recruiting team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for a duration of 6 months starting in mid-August/September 2024.

What to expect from us:

You support in student recruiting and take on your own positions from start to finish: In consultation with the departments, you publish positions, review applications, make offers, and initiate contract negotiations.
You are an important support in applicant management, handling correspondence with candidates via email or phone and occasionally coordinating interviews.
Exciting recruiting projects, such as in the area of candidate experience or the search for innovative recruiting channels, are waiting for you and your ideas.
You conduct research on innovative trends in recruiting/employer branding.
