Your responsibilities * Managing accounts payable * Reviewing and posting expense and credit card statements * Posting bank transactions * Creating reminder runs and payment proposals * Resolving discrepancies between goods received and invoices * Assisting with processing and posting of all payment transactions * Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements You are * Experienced in accounting and finance * Fluent in Limon * Detail-oriented and organized * Able to work independently and in a team * Familiar with accounting software and MS Office * Knowledgeable in tax and financial regulations * A team player with excellent communication skills * Able to prioritize and meet deadlines * Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems * Passionate about providing the best service to our patients
