Doctors Pathology Services is presently seeking a Full Time Support Services Associate (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)Position Summary:
The Support Services Associate provides the following support to our clients/patients in an accurate and professional manner:
- Answering client/patient questions via phone
- Contacting offices to obtain information regarding received specimens and updating patient charts accordingly
- Coordinating supply requests
- Dispatching couriers to client offices for specimen pick ups
- Performs various clerical/administrative office support functions
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
