We are currently seeking a dedicated practice supervisor (m/f/d) for a senior care facility. The amount of time allocated for this role will depend on the number of trainees.


Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing training content in the workplace
  • Conducting initial, intermediate, and final discussions independently
  • Guiding trainees towards independent and solutionoriented learning
  • Promoting the professional, methodological, social, and personnel skills of trainees
  • Evaluating the practical performance of trainees
  • Providing pedagogical guidance to colleagues
  • Acting as a link between school and practice
  • Ensuring the residents' independence through individual, holistic, and activating care and support
  • Assisting with nursing duties outside of allocated time for practice supervision
  • Advising and supporting residents and their families
  • Promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of residents
