As our range of projects has become more diverse in recent years and our office has grown significantly, we are now looking for a Human Resources Manager for our headquarters in Stuttgart.

In this role, you would be the first point of contact for the management and employees for all personnel-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our daytoday operations and identify new areas for action in the field of personnel development
  • Manage recruiting processes, determine recruiting channels, and identify potential new employees through direct contact
  • Develop onboarding processes together with the departments
  • Structure and expand our personnel marketing and employer branding together with the communications department
Qualifications

  • A degree or training in human resources
  • Several years of professional experience in human resource management
  • Experience in recruiting skilled and managerial staff
  • Ideally, experience in personnel marketing and employer branding
  • Enjoy building, designing, and implementing new personnel processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a respectful approach to employees and applicants
  • Independent, structured work style and a handson mentality
