We are looking for you to join our FUNKE reader store in Moers in part-time (20 hours/week) as a:

Administrative Employee - Reader Store (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your tasks include providing qualified support to our customers and subscribers onsite for our newspapers, magazines, books, and digital offerings
You will be responsible for processing private advertisements and new subscription orders
Selling tickets for regional and national events is also part of your duties
Handling complaints and working closely with our sales team for subscriptions and advertisements complete your responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in customer service
You have excellent communication skills and very good written and spoken German
You are proficient in using MS Office applications and have an interest in new media and technologies
You enjoy working in a team, are flexible with your time, and are willing to work shifts in the mornings and afternoons
