Your tasks and responsibilities

You support people who want to change their profession or are unemployed in their search for a new job.

You organize and conduct regular customer meetings with a defined customer base and inform job seekers about current developments in different professions and industries, as well as present the requirements of the labor market.

You support your clients by searching for suitable job offers in job portals and assist with the creation of application documents and preparation for job interviews.

You work together with your clients to create qualification profiles, determine individual job placement prospects, and initiate suitable qualification measures.

For this, you use various funding instruments (e.g. funding from the placement budget, measures for activation and vocational integration) according to the Social Code Book III, in order to prevent, reduce, and/or end the unemployment of your clients.
