We are currently looking for a:
Employee (m/f/d) for appointment coordination in senology
to strengthen our Department of Gynecology / Breast Center under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Sherko Kümmel.
COMPETENCE - what we are looking for
- Medical or commercial education (background in healthcare)
- Strong communication and expression skills, quick comprehension, coordination skills
- Independent, business and serviceoriented work style as well as teamwork skills
- Proficient in using ITbased applications
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Scheduling and coordinating examination appointments for all outpatient and inpatient patients
- Recording and processing inquiries through all relevant communication channels
- Assessing telephone inquiries and making initial evaluations regarding urgency
- Recording personal data
- Cooperative collaboration with all internal and external interfaces
- Additional retirement benefits through the church supplementary pension fund (KZVK Dortmund)
