We are currently looking for a:
Employee (m/f/d) for appointment coordination in senology

to strengthen our Department of Gynecology / Breast Center under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Sherko Kümmel.

COMPETENCE - what we are looking for

  • Medical or commercial education (background in healthcare)
  • Strong communication and expression skills, quick comprehension, coordination skills
  • Independent, business and serviceoriented work style as well as teamwork skills
  • Proficient in using ITbased applications
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
EXCELLENCE - in your tasks

  • Scheduling and coordinating examination appointments for all outpatient and inpatient patients
  • Recording and processing inquiries through all relevant communication channels
  • Assessing telephone inquiries and making initial evaluations regarding urgency
  • Recording personal data
  • Cooperative collaboration with all internal and external interfaces
