- Coordination, planning and management of spare part and repair orders with a focus on major overhaul programs (including slot and rotable planning)
- Coordination, planning and management of conversion programs
- Reporting progress of conversion and major overhaul programs to program manager and aircraft manufacturer
- Participation in the development of logistical concepts and alternative proposals
- Consolidation of customer requests and their planning implementation
- Handling of special tasks and projects

- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar and a qualified further education as a business economist (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in customer service desirable
- Fluent in English
- Thorough and accurate work style

- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
