Munich Airport, we are looking for a Ticketing Agent (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible:

Ticketing Agent (m/f/d) 14.00€/h + 5.00€/day travel allowance

What tasks can you expect?

  • Allocation of seats
  • Verification of travel documents and visas
  • Checking in passengers and their luggage
  • Coordinating the boarding process at the gate
  • Assisting passengers and special groups (e.g. unaccompanied minors)

What do we expect from you?

  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Good computer skills
  • Willingness to work shifts (weekends/holidays)
  • Teamwork and customer orientation
