This role will involve working closely with academic research institutes and implementing cutting-edge solutions and concepts for the future.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct research and experimentation to develop optimized solutions for business goals.
Verify and validate the quality of newly developed technology, considering functional and nonfunctional requirements such as explainability, performance, security, and ethics.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and propose solutions to address business challenges.
Stay uptodate with academic and applied research in your field and assess its relevance for the organization's future.
Contribute to establishing Porsche as a toptier research organization by designing and executing research projects with significant impact on our products and the scientific community.
Recruit, manage, and supervise students on projects.
Actively participate in the research community by publishing and presenting results at leading scientific conferences and public venues, as well as engaging in outreach events, opensource projects, and forums.
Build and maintain a strong network of collaborating institutions for Porsche's research activities.
Take ownership of your research results and ensure their impact is maximized.
