Your tasks as a Helpdesk Agent:

  • 1st level support for IT end users of the clients
  • Receiving and handling of incidents and service requests
  • Management of 1st level incidents
  • User support and advice, especially for ordering services and devices, as well as all IT processes of the client
  • Adherence to recommendations and guidelines of the ITIL framework for all tasks and functions of a service desk
  • Technical and functional support in handling all elements of the used hardware
  • Technical and functional support in handling standard software
  • Technical and functional support in handling applications, including business applications
  • Content creation, maintenance, and further development of a knowledge management database
