Employee (m/f/d) in invoice auditing in full-time or part-time for our renowned client in Bremen.


The position is available in multiple locations:

  • 27404 Heeslingen

Your responsibilities:


  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and credit notes in written and electronic form
  • Comparison of recorded and evaluated goods receipts with received supplier invoices
  • Complaints regarding quantity, price differences and incorrectly delivered goods
  • Handling of correspondence (international)
  • Collaboration with departments such as logistics, dispatch, product management and accounting
  • Preparation of yearend closing tasks

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), but we also welcome career changers
  • PC skills (especially MS Office), SAP knowledge is desirable but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Independent and meticulous work ethic
