Ionia 'Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH is looking for an apprentice IT specialist - system integration (m/f/d) in Gangelt.

As an apprentice, you will learn the following as a specialist in computer science:

Setting up, configuring, administering, and maintaining clients and mobile devices, servers, printers, and other hardware
First and secondlevel support, handling helpdesk requests through a modern ticket system
Working with virtualized servers in the Microsoft environment
Supporting IT applications
Providing IT support to users by analyzing and implementing customer requests
Implementing IT security requirements

To impress us, you should have:

Completed secondary school or university entrance qualification with excellent knowledge of PCs and hardware
Basic knowledge of networking and computer science
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Customer orientation and good communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and perform
Class B driver's license
