What to expect:

  • You will be responsible for establishing and strategically and operationally leading the new national Mazars HR Shared Service Center to promote a modern and digital HR culture and ensure a smooth and innovative employee life cycle.
  • You will always keep an eye on compliance with legal requirements and guidelines and pursue the continuous development, implementation, and coordination of uniform HR structures and processes.
  • As a sparring partner for our partners, employees, and external stakeholders, your goal is to build and further develop an intensive and trusting partnership with a clear focus on our business requirements.
  • You will work closely with all areas of our HR department to drive topics forward in a bundled, competent, and personal manner with your team.
  • You see yourself as a driver for defining and integrating the latest HR trends and tools.

What you bring:

  • Completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resource management, work and organization, business psychology, or similar.
  • Several years of (leadership) experience in human resources, including personnel administration and employee support, as well as excellent knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
