Shifts Available and Hours:

EOW (2 on 3 off, 3 on 2 off ) 6:00pm to 6:00am/6:00am to 6:00pm


Job Summary:


Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.


Education and Work Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment


Responsibilities:


  • Performs electrical troubleshooting and interprets electrical diagrams and symbols. ,
  • Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
  • Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
  • Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
  • Reads and interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
  • Provides routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, etc.
  • Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
