Technical Director (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the management, organization and coordination of the technical departments in close cooperation with upper management
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the production strategy with a focus on process optimization, automation and digitalization
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of department and division managers
  • Ongoing monitoring of technical processes in terms of deadlines, costs and quality
  • Continuous further education in production methods and concepts as well as driving innovation
