The Caritas Association for the city and district of Schweinfurt is looking for a Dipl. Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) / Social Pedagogue B.A. (m/f/d) to work at the counseling center of the Social Psychiatric Service. This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week, but part-time is also possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing social pedagogical counseling and psychosocial support to people with mental illness
- Conducting and accompanying group activities
- Outreach work
- Counseling for family members
- Assistance with social legal matters and developing perspectives
- Collaboration with network partners such as hospitals
- Crisis support and intervention
