Your tasks:

As an SAP CRM consultant, you will support our clients in developing their customer relationships using leading technology solutions in sales and service.
You will provide technical and technological advice to our clients in the areas of sales and service in SAP and other market-leading CX platforms from the hmmh portfolio, as well as related topics such as digital commerce, marketing automation, and analytics.
You will work together with our clients to develop customer-centric solutions in the areas of sales, marketing, and service, from analysis to use case-based conception and implementation.
As part of the implementation, you will be responsible for customizing SAP Customer Experience or SAP CRM solutions, as well as potentially taking on development tasks.
You will create strategies, business cases, and concrete recommendations and present them to our clients in appealing presentations.
Our home office policy allows you to decide whether you want to work from home or in the office.

You have a completed degree, ideally in business, natural sciences, computer science, or digital media.
You have at least 2 years of professional or project experience in consulting and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
Current SAP certifications are advantageous.
