HR BUSINESS PARTNER / HR GENERALIST (M/F/D):


  • Fulltime or parttime**:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support and advise managers and executives on all personnelrelated issues
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and works agreements
  • Close and constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Support of apprentices and students in collaboration with the training manager, including participation in job fairs
  • Taking on and leading personnel projects

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Successfully completed commercial training with ideally additional qualifications, e.g. as a personnel specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law
  • Ideally, experience in applying collective bargaining agreements in the metal and electrical industry
  • High social competence with a structured and independent way of working
