Team Leader Support/Service (m/f/d)

in Hennef (Sieg)

Your responsibilities as Team Leader Support/Service (m/f/d):

  • Professional management of the support team
  • Responsibility for team deployment and crossteam communication
  • Optimization of existing processes
  • Acting as a liaison between factories, 1st level support, service management, and service development within the scope of responsibility
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed services and processes
  • Ensuring the necessary knowledge building and management
  • Creating specialized reports

Your profile as Team Leader Support/Service (m/f/d):

  • Successfully completed IT/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics apprenticeship or degree with a focus on IT or mechanical engineering
  • At least 7 years of support experience (2nd/3rd level)
  • First experience in leading a team
  • Independent and analytical work style, high willingness to learn, customer and serviceoriented
  • Organizational skills, teamwork and communication skills, as well as assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex content in a understandable and decisionoriented manner
  • National travel readiness (approx. 25%)
  • Driver's license class B
