Group Leader for Garden and Landscaping (m/f/d)
starting on April 1, 2024 with 39 hours per week, permanent.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and planning of customer orders
  • Preparation of offers
  • Professional guidance for employees with mental illness
  • Compliance with and ensuring of occupational safety regulations
  • Individual support for our employees with disabilities
  • Conducting trainings for our employees
  • Taking on administrative tasks
  • Close cooperation with the social service and management

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a gardener m/f/d specialization in garden and landscaping or comparable education
  • Ability to motivate employees with mental illness
  • Enjoyment of garden and landscaping work
  • Great empathy in dealing with our mentally ill employees
