Foreman (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering (Bridge Construction) - Freelance

We are looking for an experienced and reliable freelance foreman for a bridge construction project in Berlin. As a foreman, you will be responsible for the proper organization and management of the construction site, as well as coordinating the construction workers.

You should have extensive knowledge in bridge construction and experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing the construction site while adhering to timelines and budget requirements
Coordinating construction work and ensuring a smooth workflow
Monitoring quality and compliance with safety standards
Communicating with clients, construction companies, and authorities
Documenting construction progress and creating reports

Requirements:

Successfully completed training in construction, ideally as a bricklayer or concrete worker
Proven experience as a foreman, preferably in bridge construction
Good knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety requirements
Strong leadership skills and team spirit
Resilience and flexibility
