Join the ride with MILES We are currently looking for a

Claims Handler for Vehicle Damage (m/f/x/d) in Berlin, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:

You monitor and document our accidents and enter them according to guidelines
You complete claim files and send accident reports to our customers
You are responsible for asserting our claims
You respond to inquiries from our insurance companies and report new damages according to guidelines
You check the completeness of the claim file and collect missing information
You request file inspections after consultation
You manage our service providers according to guidelines
You work closely with colleagues from different teams, such as the Repair Runner team, and initiate repairs for damages
You create reports on relevant KPIs for your department and report directly to the Claims team manager

Your strengths:

You have experience in vehicle damage settlement or a similar position
You are very familiar with Berlin and have a great passion for car sharing and vehicles
You hold a valid driver's license (Class B)
You are highly reliable, committed, and take a high level of responsibility
You work with great attention to detail and nothing escapes your notice
You understand punctuality and friendliness as a given
You quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and can quickly recognize complex relationships
