**Your tasks

  • As a working student (m/f/d) in HR
  • Organizational Management, you will have completed at least three semesters of study.
  • Previous experience with the Success Factors Employee Central/Organizational Management tool and/or SAP HCM is advantageous for this position.
  • Your strong IT affinity sets you apart.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in HR processes.
  • Good English skills complete your qualifications.

  • As a working student (m/f/d) in the HR
  • Organizational Management (OM) department, you will support your team in managing the administration of SF Employee Central Organizational Management and related master data in close coordination with HR and the business department.
  • You will contribute to ensuring data quality and the correct execution of HR processes in the area of organizational management, including position management.
  • Your tasks also include supporting the requirements gathering, coordination, and implementation of organizational changes in the system, as well as mapping the organizational structure.
