The Final Inspector is responsible for inspection of product after processes and at final inspection.

This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to read and understand technical requirements of the traveler and blueprint.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of three (3) years' in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.


Responsibilities:


  • Read, understand, and interpret travelers and drawings provided to assess requirements and special instructions required for jobs.
  • Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications and the inspection checklist for conformity to specified standards.
  • Experience inspecting Flex-Rigid PWBs.
  • Rework experience.
  • Inspects product under magnifying tool for opens and shorts in circuit patterns.
  • Compares size and location of holes to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Views inside of holes to detect voids or irregular surfaces.
  • Identifies nonconforming product and its disposition.
  • Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product or traveler.
  • Logs job in and out with accurate counts of product.
  • Records yield data and completes scrap report forms.
  • Stacks finished boards with separator sheets for transfer to next workstation.
  • Perform other department or companyrelated tasks at the direction of the department Supervisor.

Education/Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) year minimum PWB experience.
  • Experience completing Quality Documentation.

Physical Demands:


  • Employee is regularly required to sit throughout the shift.
  • Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • Must have very good concentration, must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range for this position is $ $20.00 hour based on experience.
