Description
Trainee for Process Technician (m/f/d) for Plastics

Responsibilities

Process technicians for plastics and rubber technology produce molded, structural, or multi-layer rubber parts, as well as semi-finished products, fiber composite materials, or plastic products from polymer materials.

To do this, they operate or control largely automated machines and systems. As part of this training, you will gain insight into the production of various types of plastic products in the injection molding department of our company. You will be trained on production machines, learning how to set up, check, monitor, and maintain injection molding machines. You will also be taught the basic knowledge of toolmaking - the molds needed to produce the products. We manufacture a large part of these ourselves. Plastic is a modern, highly versatile material that we have been processing since 1962. In the development and production of our plastic products, we consider ecological principles, including 100% recyclability, high-quality raw materials, and modular assembly.

Training

The basis of the company's training is the regulation on the training of process technicians for plastics and rubber technology. The vocational school training takes place one to two days a week in the vocational school.
