Our client is one of the major German insurance groups. In addition to employed field staff, self-employed agencies are also equally active according to - 84 HGB. We are looking for you as an agency owner m/w/d) for our client.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a professional in the industry, you are familiar with the diverse tasks that are required of an owner (m/w/d) of a large agency.

However, the main focus is initially on smoothly taking over the agency and maintaining the excellent and long-standing customer relationships.

YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for experienced managers with the necessary qualifications and training for the task.

In addition to in-depth knowledge of the industry, the market, and the main competitors in the composite sector, you should also have a winning personality, strong persuasion skills, a trustworthy and professional demeanor, and strong closing abilities.
